The following instructions are for applicants moving over 90 days in the future. Have questions? Our friendly staff can assist you through the process via phone or in-person during regular business hours.

Online Application Process

Students can apply for our future waitlist apartments anytime day or night. Just follow the simple steps below to reserve and secure your place on our waitlist. Select applicants on our website. Create an account. Remember the email and password entered to return to the application at a later time.

If you received an invitation by email to complete your portion of an application, please use the email address and password provided in the invitation to log in under returning applicants.

Unit Information

1. Select a floor plan (note your floor plan must note “future”)
2. Enter your desired move-in date and select reserve
3. Select your desired lease term and select continue

Applicant Info

1. Enter your personal information
2. Enter your address history and complete general questions
3. Enter your financial information and history
4. Enter your screening information
5. Check terms and conditions along with screening approval
6. Upload income verification
7. Check agreement box
8. Sign name
9. Click Save & continue

Additional Applicants

1. Enter applicants first name and last name
2. Select drop of 18 or older
3. Select relationship and add
4. Send invitation
5. Enter additional applicant’s email and re-enter email address
6. Leave message for additional applicant
7. Repeat these steps for other roommates and/or guarantor
8. Select continue

Application Charges

1. Open and view the policy documents and agree to the terms and conditions
2. Select view, create electronic signature, sign, date, and submit documents
3. Select continue
4. Enter your emergency contact information
5. Click save & continue
6. Add debit card information and read and agree to terms and select save

Additional Information

1. Complete the additional information
2. Click save & continue

3. Your application has now been sent to the property for review
